The daughter of a builder, she grew up on construction sites learning all aspects of the business from the ground up.  This early experience led to a keen interest in homes, whether it was decorating models, selling upgrades or envisioning a better use of space. She has remodeled, flipped and co-built homes.  Eventually, her talents naturally turned to selling and negotiating.  Her 20 years in real estate has rewarded her with a lucrative referral business serving her clients’ every need.

Upon graduating college, Candance traveled extensively, ultimately starting a luxury artisan clothing business on the island of Corfu.  Upon returning to the United States, she cofounded the premier reference guide for the commercial television industry, the “L A 411” and acted as its Director of Advertising and Marketing.  The book provided a segue into the movie business and for the next 20 years, combining her early flair for design and fashion sense, she became a celebrity stylist, working in commercials, TV and print.
